Road Cleanups

- June 7 (Naomi Makemie): Canceled due to flooding

- Continued effort to recruit groups like Rotary, Elks, Lions
- Consider public recognition (ad/letter) for Adopt-a-Road participants
Events
- Planning for Blueberry Festival (July 24–26)
- Ongoing need for volunteers and engaging activities (“trash talkers”) at events
Recycling Initiative
- Still aiming for a Fall workshop on unified recycling message
- Accomack Solid Waste Committee not interested in a joint message
- Discussion needed on whether WW proceeds independently

- Near completion; needs organizational history added

Education & Outreach
- Successful presentation at Exmore Rotary Club (June 5)

Storage Unit

- WW likely unable to take over Earth Day event coordination due to limited resources
