Our Mission - Cleaner, Greener Eastern Shore

We’re a nonprofit on a mission to reduce litter and promote recycling across Virginia’s Eastern Shore. From shoreline cleanups to highway litter patrols — we’re working for a cleaner, greener community.

What We Do

WasteWatchers of Virginia’s Eastern Shore is a nonprofit organization focused on litter pickup, recycling, and public awareness.

WasteWatchers works in ways large and small, from picking up litter and supporting the VDOT Adopt-a-Highway litter abatement program to influencing public policy.

There is a place for everyone in our organization and we need everyone’s help.
